30-Day Returns & Exchanges


We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.


Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges


To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:


Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition


Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, inserts, and labels


Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required


Due to the nature of bedding products, items that show signs of use, washing, odors, stains, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.


Non-Returnable Items


For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable, unless they are defective or incorrect:


Used or washed bedding products


Items damaged due to improper use or care


Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)


Defective or Incorrect Items


If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or other relevant information to assess the issue. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the request. Our team will provide further instructions once your request is approved.


Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs


For returns due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size selection), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


For returns due to defective or incorrect items, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide an alternative solution.


Refunds


Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.


Original shipping fees (if any), customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges


If you request an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped once the returned item has been received and approved, subject to product availability.
